Where is this office located?

Welcome! Our Wellington address is located at 448 Lewis Hargett Circle Suite 260, Lexington KY 40503. When you pull onto Lewis Hargett Circle, look for building 448, located in the back. Our two office suites are located on the second floor on the right and left hand side at the end of the hall. Suite 260 and 240. Plenty of parking is available out front for your convenience. LOOK FOR THE MAIN ENTRANCE FOR THE NUMBERS 448. SOMETIMES THE TREES BLOCK THE NUMBER ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING.

Where do I go when I arrive? 

Once you arrive, please make yourself comfortable in our waiting room. We have two waiting rooms available depending on which suite your provider is located. Follow the sign located at the end of the hall directing you to the correct suite your provider is located. Your therapist will come out to greet you at the time of the session. If your therapist has not arrived 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, please give the office a call at 859-338-0466 and our admin staff can assist you. 

How do I complete the intake paperwork? 

When you sign up as a new client with our administrative staff, an email will be sent to you asking you to set up a portal. The new client paperwork forms will be assigned to you in your portal. Please complete each form and complete to the best of your knowledge and your clinician will go over everything during the first session with you. There are paper copies of the intake paperwork in each lobby.

What should I expect on the first session? 

The first session will be utilized to build rapport with one another, review paperwork, establish therapeutic treatment goals, identify areas of concern, and provide referrals and resources as needed. Sessions typically last 55 minutes to an hour and your clinician will assist in scheduling follow up appointments.
