Kirstin is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the State of Kentucky, and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Kentucky University.

Kirstin provides therapy to individuals in areas such as trauma, substance abuse, personal growth and wellness, and a variety of mental health disorders. Kirstin views therapy from a family systems and solution focused perspective and aims to help clients accomplish their goals and develop skills to feel confident in daily life. Moreover, Kirstin emphasizes multicultural competency and respect for all genders and cultures in her practice and focuses on trauma informed care.

Kirstin’s kind and gentle approach coupled with motivation and healthy confrontation can be helpful in your journey. Kirstin is trained in EMDR trauma therapy, Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, CBT, and CPT and is here to be a safe space for you to grow in the positive direction that you choose!
