Hello! My name is Emily. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Kentucky and a Master’s degree in Social Work. I provide trauma-informed therapy with a specialization in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I am also Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, and more. As a bilingual therapist, I also offer therapy in Spanish.
My approach to EMDR is structured and intentional, ensuring that each session has direction while also meeting you exactly where you are. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where healing can begin. I’d love the opportunity to connect and see if we’re a good fit for working together.
