Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I completed my bachelor’s degree in Social Work at the University of Kentucky and the obtained my Masters of Social Work with a clinical concentration from the University of Kentucky in 2018, and have been working in the mental health field ever since!
I have a passion of working with children, adolescence, and adults and have worked in a variety of clinical settings. I enjoy working with a variety of mental health concerns, those including, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, substance use, and trauma. I utilize approaches such as CBT, mindfulness techniques, strengths- perspective, motivational interviewing, solution- focused therapy, and EMDR. My approach is meeting the client where they are in a non-judgmental environment to provide tools to assist the client to meet their goals.
