Abby is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate (LPCA) in the state of Kentucky. She received her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown College and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. She has experience working with individuals ages 13 and older in an outpatient setting.

Abby takes a person-centered and strengths-based approach to counseling, incorporating techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. She has experience working with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, grief, OCD, eating concerns, and life transitions. Abby believes that each client brings their own unique experiences and strengths into counseling and strives to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs and goals.



Abby is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and sharing openly. She understands that beginning counseling can feel like a big step and hopes to make the process feel comfortable and collaborative.
